- Lead and mentor technicians: Coach service teams, share best practices, and raise the skill level across the organization.
- Solve the hardest problems: Serve as the goto expert for advanced diagnostics, specialized repairs, and technical troubleshooting.
- Set the technical standard: Help design, document, and maintain procedures that keep work consistent, efficient, and safe.
What You Bring
- Proven field expertise: 10+ years of experience with forklifts, material handling equipment, heavy equipment, or similar systems.
- Level III technical ability: Strong diagnostic, electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and repair experience; formal training or certifications are highly valued.
- Professional pride: A commitment to safety, quality, precision, and doing the job right the first time.

Requirements:
1. 10 plus years of experience in diagnostic, electrical, hydraulic and mechanical experience.
2. Ability to service; electric, gas, LP (propane), diesel, and hybrid units
